From September 15 to 18, the Chairman of Kansai Gaidai University, Tanimoto Eiko, led a delegation to visit Beijing Language and Culture University. Party Secretary Ni Haidong, President liu li and Vice President Zhang Baojun attended the meeting.

President Liu Li introduced the international cooperation and exchanges in BLCU and fully affirmed the development and achievements of Confucius Institute at Kansai Gaidai University. BLCU attaches great importance to the traditional friendship between the two universities and hopes the two universities can learn from each other's experience in the future and further expand cooperation in other fields.
Chairman Tanimoto Eiko said that the two universities have a 20-year history of cooperation. She said she is an old friend of BLCU and is honored to be awarded Honorary Professor of BLCU and will continue to actively support the cooperation between the two universities. Kansai Gaidai University sends students to study in BLCU every year. They not only receive high-quality class education in BLCU, but also receive care in daily life. After returning home, these students are active in various positions in Japanese society. Some students even return to study in BLCU for the second or third time, reflecting the deep friendship between the two universities.
