March 8 is the International Women's Day, also known as U.N. Day for Women's Rights and International Peace or the March Eighth Festival. The Labor Union and the Women Commission of the Labor Union carefully prepared for the female faculty and staff the activities such as "female workers walking in March Eighth Festival ", "clothing matching on colour" lecture.

   At noon, hundreds of female teaching staff and workers were very active and accompanied by a vigorous walk in the school track and field. There were also some male teaching staff who joined their teams. They were happier and healthier during the activity, and they fully enjoyed the pleasant Spring.

   In the afternoon, the Labor Union and the Women Commission of the Labor Union invited Professor Li Rui to give special lecture on "Clothing matching on colour" for female faculty members. Professor Li described the importance of color in daily wear from the aspects of color matching, style, costume and makeup. She conducted color analysis and style diagnosis for several teaching staff at the scene, and proposed unique insights to the image of university female teaching staff.
