On the afternoon of March 18, the 2018 “Chinese bridge spring camp for australia secondary college students” and Victorian Young Leaders to China program opening ceremony which was hosted by Confucius institute headquarters / hanban and the Department of Education and Training Victoria and was undertaken by Beijing Language and Culture University Chinese Intensive College was held in the Run Run Shaw Lecture Hall.
In the next two weeks, the students from Victoria will not only take Chinese courses in Beijing, attend lectures on Chinese history and culture, experience Chinese traditional culture, but will also visit places of interest such as the Forbidden City and the Great Wall.
Since March 2016, BLCU Chinese Intensive College has undertaken the project of “Chinese Bridge Spring Camp for Australia High School Students” for the first time. It has been fully affirmed by the headquarters of Confucius institute and the Education Department of Victoria for its advanced curriculum design concept and meticulous organization and management. The College will continue to work hard to sow the seeds of friendship and goodness in the hearts of Australian teenagers and to cultivate outstanding messengers for future cultural exchanges between China and Australia.
