On the afternoon of October 16th, the 2017 "Chinese Bridge-Australian Middle School Students' Autumn Camp", hosted by Confucius Institute Headquarters / Hanban and the Government Education and Training Department of Victoria, Australia, and undertook by Beijing Language and Culture University College of Intensive Chinese Studies, was held at Run Run Shaw Lecture Hall solemnly.
Teachers and students watched the review video of 2017 "Chinese Bridge Australian middle school students spring camp". In the next two weeks, students would not only study Chinese language courses in the BLCU, listen to Chinese history and culture lectures, experience Chinese traditional culture, but also would visit the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace, the Imperial College, Confucius Temple and other places of interest, feel the authentic Beijing style and the solemn Chinese history feel the history of China's heavy, and watch Chinese acrobatic performances in travelling through Beijing hutong.
College of Intensive Chinese Studies of BLCU had undertaken the "Chinese Bridge-Australian Middle School Spring Camp" since March, 2016. With the advanced curriculum design concept, well organization, it had been fully affirmed by the Confucius Institute Headquarters and the Australian Ministry of Education. College of Intensive Chinese Studies of BLCU would work even harder, and sow seeds of getting to know China, establishing good friendship with China in the hearts of Australian youth in order to cultivate outstanding messengers of cultural exchanges.
