Recently, “2017 Peking University Student Dance Festival” was held in Beijing. BLCU Chinese and foreign student group dance team achieved excellent results in the game.

The repertoire that were submitted in the selection was made and rehearsed independently by those Universities, those repertoires had shown high level of arts, through rounds of selection, Beijing Language and Culture University Chinese and foreign students dance group won three awards, which gave full affirmation to the hard work and the level of performance of BLCU Chinese and foreign students troupe dance team.

The Beijing University Student Dance Festival is an important cultural event for all university students in Beijing, and aims to show the large number of dance programs with campus and youth characteristics. This year's “Great Dance Festival” performance level is the highest among the previous years, with originality works, strong nationality, profound meaning, novelty forms, and wide range of subjects. As for the dance forms, it has classical dance with Chinese tradition, folk dance, and ballet and modern dance of the international standards.

The “Moon Spring River”, “Love” and other dances of the Chinese and foreign students' art group dance team showed in the “Great Dance Festival” obtained success, which was a historic breakthrough of the Chinese and foreign students group dance team, and showed the good artistic and cultural literacy of our university and the is embodied achievements of the art education of our university.
