On the afternoon of March 4, Bai Zhenyao, director of the office of the All-China Students’ Federation, came to BLCU and carried out training lectures for student cadres.

Director Bai Zhenyao proposed that the organizations of the students' Union should carry out activities independently according to laws, regulations in the future work as a response its problem of isolation from the students for the time being, should grasp the characteristics of BLCU, and strengthen the management of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students; Strengthen ties with overseas Chinese students organizations; strengthen the management work of international students in China.
