Recently, the Chinese College of Beijing Language and Culture University organized foreign students to visit Yili Arctic Ocean Factory, a century-old brand, to search for Beijing's memory, to understand the corporate culture of the traditional state-owned enterprises of “China's Time - honored Brand” and to feel the great achievements made by Chinese enterprises in inheriting originality and implementing scientific and technological innovation and coordinated development in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.
The students first visited Yili bakery's centennial gallery and learned about Yili's brand story and development from its inception to the present. Then the students walked into the bread production workshop, where the traditional production techniques were perfectly combined with the modern industrial assembly line, and the bread technicians worked methodically beside several large ovens. In the Arctic soda production workshop, students visited the soda glass bottle cleaning and filling processes.
Finally, in the “hands - on experience” link, the students, under the guidance of technicians, can't wait to begin to personally experience bread making. The secret of the soft and delicious Yili bread seems to have been found in the easy and pleasant-making process.
