BLCU Teachers Introduced Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Arts to South Korean President Moon Jae-in

On December 15, Moon Jae-in, the President of South Korea went to Liulichang cultural street, which is known as the "Folk Forbidden City" to experience traditional Chinese culture. Mr. Qiao Wen, from Korean Department of Beijing Language and Culture University, was invited as interpreter for the President and his wife and he introduced art works of the time-honored brand “Rong Bao Zhai ".

Qiao Wen introduced to President Moon Jae-in that Beijing Language and Culture University had so far cultivated nearly 50,000 South Korean students and had made important contributions to the exchanges between China and South Korea. He hoped that President Moon Jae-in would pay more attention to BLCU and the cultural and educational exchanges between the two countries.

Finally, President Moon Jae-in wrote an inscription for students of both China and South Korea at Beijing Language and Culture University, he hoped that they can become a friendly bridge between China and South Korea.
