October 14 to October 15, the ninth track and field games of capital universities was held in Beijing International Studies University, 20 Chinese and foreign track and field athletes of BLCU participated in 20 competitions, and won good results of 19 medals.

BLCU track and field team won the first prize in women's C groups, won the third group prize in men and women groups and won high morality award. Up to now, BLCU track and field team won the above three awards in the fall athletic games of capital universities since 2015 for three consecutive years.

One minute on the stage needs ten years of practice off the stage, tears and sweat made the certificates, shining medals and honor trophy, were the best return for the training of all the athletes. During the two days’ game, the team members overcame the fatigue after the journey, played the spirit of hard work in the games, showed the hard-working spirit of BLCU young athletes, and brought honor to the track and field team, physical education department, and BLCU.

The good results of the competition were made out of the hard work of coaches and athletes, and also benefited from the great support of the leadership and teachers of the Department of physical education and teachers. Although flowers and applause were valuable, the more important thing was that the players had accumulated more competitive experience, and enhanced the team's cohesion during their cheers. All the players have said that in the future training and competitions, they would work even harder in order to bring honor to the warm family of BLCU track and field team, the Department of Physical Education, and BLCU, so that the brand of BLCU would be more influential.
