September 27 to 29, organized by the National Association of Foreign Language Research Management Association, Beijing Language and Culture University and Yunnan Normal University jointly organized the ninth foreign language institutions to promote the development of philosophy and social science seminar and the annual meeting of National Foreign Language Institute of scientific research management cooperation was kicked off in Kunming.

The meeting received a total of 27 essays, reflecting their latest thinking about the prosperity of foreign language institutions to develop philosophy and social science.

The meeting was held for providing a high-end platform for foreign language institutions to exchange of scientific research management experience and results and to explore and look forward to the development of Chinese philosophy and social science path, Meanwhile it provided theoretical support and academic support for foreign language disciplines in strengthening national cultural self-confidence and academic self-confidence, in promoting the "going out" of Chinese culture and Chinese philosophy and social science, and in the service of "The Belt and Road and the construction of high-end think tank.
