In the afternoon of November 22, jointly organized by the Beijing Language and Culture University and “Co-Convex” network, the “Xueyuan Road Colleges and Universities Foreign Language Talents Employment Community” held its inaugural meeting.

The establishment of the community aims to further promote the integration and sharing of employment resources of foreign language talents in Xueyuan Road colleges and universities, to serve the employment of graduates of foreign languages, to improve the efficiency of employing units and to achieve the “win-win-win” of universities, graduates and employers.

After the establishment of the community, it will focus on creating six platforms, one is information platform, members of the community will share double-election, job fairs, lectures and other foreign language-related employment information; the second is communication platform, provides related employment staff in colleges and universities a platform to communicate, to provide academic and career development platform for exchange for foreign language students; third platform is activities platform, achieve cross-campus participation and joint organization; the fourth is the research platform, study the employment problems of foreign language talents and promote work through research; the fifth is innovation and entrepreneurship platform, encourage foreign language graduates joint innovation and entrepreneurship; the sixth is a training platform for foreign graduates of job hunting, career development and provide training and guidance.
